Warehouse
Warehouse capacity in Skopje:
• Food warehouse – 3200 pallet positions;
• Non-Food products warehouse – 3000 pallet positions;
• Cold storage – 600 pallet positions.
As one of the leading distribution companies in Macedonia, Kolid S has been actively implementing state-of-the-art information systems over the years in order to ensure efficient operation and to meet the requirements of its partners in a professional manner. In 2018, the company implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV (now Dynamics 365 Business Central), an integrated ERP system covering key business processes. The solution provides real-time online access for sales representatives, enabling full visibility of stock levels, pricing, and documentation — ensuring faster response times and a higher level of service.
Logistics
Speed, mobility, and flexibility are the three fundamental pillars of Kolid S logistics. For fast and reliable ordering and delivery, the Kolid S team operates with:
• A fleet of 150 vehicles, each equipped with a GPS device for constant monitoring and movement supervision.
• A cross-docking system for efficient distribution.
All stock is stored in a central warehouse in Skopje and distributed by transport vehicles to logistics centres in Bitola and Strumica (Koleshino), from where goods are delivered to customers. This system ensures fast delivery and full stock availability across the entire territory of Macedonia.
• Production fully integrated into Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The system covers the entire process — from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products — ensuring full traceability and compliance with the highest operational standards required by partners such as LIDL and Delhaize.
WMS
Kolid S uses WMS (Warehouse Management System), integrated within Microsoft Dynamics NAV software, customized to the company’s operational needs. The system ensures accuracy and efficiency at the time when goods are received and during their storage, commissioning, transfer from one warehouse to another and shipment.
It also has a bundle pack space in which sets, package offers, and additional labeling of products are made, helping the company to be ready to respond to the market’s needs for creating attractive promotional offers.
Our 9,000 m² warehouse and administrative space is divided into several zones:
• According to specific temperature requirements for different product categories.
• With clear separation between food, non-food, flammable, and frozen goods to ensure safety and compliance with storage standards
